Information to ActionΒ

Act as my executive personal assistant and prepare my Daily Morning Brief for today.

STEP 1 β€” UNREAD EMAILS (Outlook Inbox):
Review all unread emails currently in my inbox (include those received overnight and in the last 24 hours). For each:
– Group them into: πŸ”΄ Urgent/Action Required, 🟑 Important – FYI/Respond Soon, βšͺ Low Priority/Newsletters.
– For Urgent and Important emails, give: sender name, subject, a 1–2 line summary, what is being asked of me, and any stated deadline.
– Flag any email from my direct manager, leadership, or external clients as high priority automatically.
– Identify emails where I am directly asked a question, assigned a task, or where I’m the only recipient.
– Suggest a short draft reply approach (1 line) for the top 3 emails that need responses today.

STEP 2 β€” TODAY’S CALENDAR (Outlook Calendar):
List all my meetings for today in chronological order with:
– Time, title, organizer, and duration.
– For each meeting: the purpose (from invite body/attachments), what I need to prepare, and whether there’s a related unread email or document I should review beforehand.
– Highlight back-to-back meetings, conflicts, or double-bookings.
– Identify free/focus time blocks available today.

STEP 3 β€” ACTION ITEMS & FOLLOW-UPS:
– Compile a consolidated to-do list for today, combining: tasks from unread emails, prep needed for meetings, and any pending follow-ups from recent email threads where someone is waiting on my reply.
– Rank the list by priority and estimated effort.
– Flag anything with a deadline of today or tomorrow.

STEP 4 β€” DAY-AT-A-GLANCE SUMMARY:
End with a 5-line executive summary: the 3 most important things I must do today, the one meeting that needs most preparation, and one thing I can safely defer or delegate.

FORMAT:
Use clear headings, bullet points, and priority emojis (πŸ”΄πŸŸ‘βšͺ). Keep it scannable β€” I should be able to read the entire brief in under 3 minutes. Do not include emails I’ve already read or meetings that are cancelled/declined.
